Refund/Exchange Policy

We do not accept any returns or exchanges as all sales are final. There are a few exceptions which is if the item arrives damaged, not as pictured, or wrong item received.

How to proceed?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please take several pictures in much detail as possible and send them to us via email! We will inspect and deem if your request is eligible for a refund or exchange.

Exchanges

We do not offer any exchanges unless the wrong item was shipped to you. If you received the wrong item please take pictures of what you have received and email it to us. We will email you a prepaid label to ship it back to us and once arrived at our facility we will ship you your correct order.

Refund/Exchange Request

If your order falls among one of these exceptions please email chaepeach2023@gmail.com with your order number, pictures of the items, etc. We will examine the refund request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, and you have not received your refund yet please contact us at chaepeach2023@gmail.com
