Shipping FAQ
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
We are a small business so it takes some time for items to be shipped! We have facilities in both Korea and USA so it depends on the item location. Please check the items location listed in every product listing!
For items located in the USA: (All Products > Filter > CATEGORY > USA LOCATION)
Shipping and processing time is up to 1-2 weeks.
1-2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped
Depending on your shipping method chosen it will vary but for Domestic orders we offer
Media Mail (1-2 weeks)
Priority Mail (3-5 days)
We use USPS for domestic mail and UPS for international mail.
International orders will usually arrive from 7 to 14 days for UPS Expedited.
For items located in Korea: (All Products > Filter > CATEGORY > KOREA LOCATION)
Shipping and processing time is up to 1-2 weeks.
1-2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.
For items in Korea we offer 3 options of shipment
1st option is directly to you from Korea via EMS (Expedited Shipping option) which rates start from $35
2nd option is shipping within Korea if you have a Korean address for $5.
3rd option (Split Batch Shipping) is only for US residents. If you want to save on shipping, we will send your order along with other customers orders in a batch to my US facility and we will distribute it to you accordingly. Shipping will be charged additionally. Rates for this option start from $10. (Usually batches take up to a month for it to arrive to our US facility!)
What happens if I want to buy items that are located from both USA and KOREA?
If the items that you want to purchase locations are different, please check out separately. separating the USA items and Korea items so you will be charged shipping separately!
If you want to combine everything in a shipment please choose the SPLIT BATCH SHIPPING option and we will ship the Korea items to the US and charge an additional shipping fee once all items are at the US facility.
Delays:
Unfortunately delays are common due to our busy schedule. There are usually delays when it’s around the holiday season so if there are any delays we will make a notice on our socials so that you are aware.
